Community Support Resources

In times of crisis, coping with the additional stress and anxiety can feel overwhelming.

We're all dealing with uncertainty and disruption of our lives and self-care is more important than ever, both for ourselves and for our communities.


Here are the resources that I'm hoping will support my community through the COVID-19 crisis.



Coaching Office Hours

Weekly on Tuesdays, 4:30 - 6pm CST

  • Drop in to get support and coaching around self-care and resilience

Free Classes

Wednesday, March 25th | 12 - 1pm CST

In this 60-minute online class, you'll learn:

  • How to identify emotional overload so you can slow/stop the spiral.

  • Concrete strategies for how to come back to yourself in the moment. 

  • How to develop a plan for self-care and resilience.

Class will take place online via Zoom. You'll receive a link to the class via email after you register.
