In times of crisis, coping with the additional stress and anxiety can feel overwhelming.

We're all dealing with uncertainty and disruption of our lives and self-care is more important than ever, both for ourselves and for our communities.


Here are the resources that I'm hoping will support my community through the COVID-19 crisis.

Free Classes

Managing Anxiety and Emotions

Processing the events surrounding COVID19 is challenging and the collective emotions in our culture such as anxiety and grief can feel overwhelming at times. This 90-minute workshop will use curriculum from the Rising Strong™ program developed by Brené Brown to explore consciously reckoning with our emotions and managing anxiety.

This class is offered in partnership with YWCA of Greater Austin. Class will take place online via Zoom. You'll receive a link to the class via email after you register.
