Consulting and Facilitation Services
I work with organizations to align their mission and values with sustainable action. With over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I’ve worked with a wide range of organizations, from small community startups to statewide membership federations. I’m passionate about helping nonprofits increase their impact, equity, and sustainability.
Having a strategic roadmap is vital to maximizing impact. For my clients, I create a customized and collaborative journey toward planning with purpose, while holding equity and sustainability at the center of the process. Then, we move forward with developing a plan that includes both implementation, measurable milestones, and flexibility.

I am also happy to design a custom workshop to meet the needs of your team or organization.
