Courage is contagious.

Now more than ever, we need courageous leadership - especially from women.

We need it in every aspect of our culture -  but it's especially important in the non-profit sector, where leaders need to think beyond the financial bottom line and maximize impact for the communities they serve.

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program. It is designed to create opportunities to develop courage-building skills through workshops and trainings with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

Dare to Lead™ is designed for individuals who are ready to embrace brave leadership, shed their armor and show up with whole hearts in their work and life.

According to Brené’s research, there are four components of courage-building:

Rumbling with Vulnerability – facing risk, uncertainty, and emotional exposure with courage and clarity

Living into our Values – identifying, operationalizing, and practicing the beliefs we hold most important

BRAVING Trust – creating or deepening connections in relationships and teams based on the seven elements of trust

Learning to Rise – learning and growing from the inevitable failures, setbacks, and disappointments that happen

     when we’re brave

Further information about the program is available at https://daretolead.brenebrown.com.

Individuals who complete the 24-hour program may put the Dare to Lead™ trained badge on their LinkedIn account.

Have you gone through the training already? I offer one-on-one coaching to Dare to Lead™ trained individuals to help implement the training.
