Strategic Planning
Having a strategic roadmap is vital to maximizing impact. For my clients, I create a customized and collaborative journey toward planning with purpose, while holding equity and sustainability at the center of the process. Then, we move forward with developing a plan that includes implementation, measurable milestones, and flexibility.
Board & Staff Offsites/Retreats
A memorable gathering of staff and/or board can inspire creativity and deepen connection. We'll meet in advance to clarify your goals and desired outcomes, create an agenda, and plan meaningful follow-up.
