Now more than ever, we need courageous leadership – especially from women.

We need it in every single aspect of our culture -  but it's especially important in the non-profit and public education sectors, where leaders need to think beyond the financial bottom line and impact the communities they serve.

Leadership is not something reserved for a chosen few. It doesn't just come from the top of organizations.

It needs to come from everywhere. No matter what role you’re in, your ability and willingness to be brave, speak up and have hard conversations can make a difference.

If you’ve been…

•    Ready to ‘be the change’ but not sure where to start

•    Exploring equity issues and wondering how to implement what you learn

•    Thinking of things you’d like to say but being too afraid to speak up

•    Wanting to bring courage and confidence to everything you do

….I have a secret for you.

Courage is a skill set – and it’s one that you can build.

Daring Women Leaders is program for women designed to help you take courageous leadership from theory into practice. Using  the Dare to Lead™ curriculum developed by Brené Brown, this course will explore the four key skill sets of daring leadership:

·        Rumbling with Vulnerability

·        Living into Your Values

·        Braving Trust

·        Learning to Rise

Led by a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, you’ll engage in exercises to increase your self-awareness, build your courage skill sets, and learn accessible tools to take with you wherever you lead.

Throughout this process, you’ll be part of a cohort of professional women who are striving to be more courageous along with you. We’ll create space for courageous and real conversations as we explore the unique challenges that women leaders face in their careers.

Upon completion, you will be Dare to Lead™ Trained and ready to lead (and live) with more courage and confidence.
