The Rising Strong™ method was developed by Dr. Brené Brown and is based on more than 15 years of research on the topics of courage, vulnerability, shame and empathy.

Want to learn how to get back up after a fall or setback without pretending or hiding, but with honesty and courage.
Are interested in being part of a small, supportive community of women who are also doing this work.
Want to learn to be more calm, confident, and kind to themselves.
Eight 90-minute virtual group coaching sessions – we’ll meet weekly for 8 weeks using Zoom to work together through the Rising Strong™ curriculum, with plenty of time for questions and coaching.
Two individual 60-minute coaching sessions to help you implement what you're learning into your life.
Supportive emails each week to help you stay on track.
Printable workbook exercises an recordings of each session.
