Leading a mission driven organization is a labor of love.

What if you had a group of allies to advise, support and learn with you?

Leadership Impact - Nonprofit Collaborative (LINC) is a feminist-informed, leadership development experience for women and non-binary leaders in the Austin and Baltimore nonprofit communities.

Leading a nonprofit organization requires a broader skillset than many executive positions because there are multiple “bottom lines” to balance. Nonprofit leaders are tasked with a unique mandate - it’s not about making money - it’s about changing the world.

LINC is designed to cultivate professional development, trust and commitment with an intentional group of peers. Members will act as an circle of trusted advisors for each other, asking challenging questions and uncovering blind spots. Facilitated learning content in each meeting will broaden your skills, clarify your vision, and deepen your leadership.

Membership will give you

The Tools

Customized leadership curriculum designed to take your leadership to the next level including elements from Dare to Lead™ and Coaching with Context™. Sessions will include interactive and engaging exercises to give you actionable takeaways that you can implement between sessions.

The Space

As a leader, you may be called upon to create space for others – your staff, your board, your constituents. You need a space for you, where you can connect with your peers, get clarity, and tap into the inspiration that fuels you to lead through challenges.

In addition to meetings, you’ll have access to a dedicated online platform to access curriculum, share resources and keep in touch between meetings.

The Community

It can be lonely at the top. A group of peers in similar roles, who understand your position but are outside of your organization, can help you gain perspective and develop new strategies. You’ll have regular opportunities to leverage the wisdom of the collective to talk through real world challenges.

You'll also have opportunities to deepen your connection with individuals from both cohorts through the online platform and via in person gatherings in each city.
